Changelog v6.4-r4:
- Add support iCam (Thanks to the creator @icb of the ICAM v8 patch).
- Add new KScamd protocol (still in development).
- Fixes for Stream Relay.
- Fixes for Radegast protocol and icam.
- Fixes for Viaccess and VideoGuard.
- Optimized for lower RAM and CPU consumption.
- Fixed issue preventing ICAM from starting
- Fixed issue that forced KScamd to have newcamd line active.
- Fixed the problem that modified the protocols used by users when accessing them via webif.
